The sales contract is considered completed once the customer receives the shipping confirmation email.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
