Return Policy
You have the right to request a return within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in good condition, unused beyond what is necessary to inspect it, and preferably in its original packaging.
Customers may handle and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, as they would in a physical retail store.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
In these cases, RevUp will cover the return shipping costs and offer either:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Or another appropriate solution
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons
- Gift cards
- Any item clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
For customers located within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
This right is included within our standard 15-day return period.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 calendar days after receiving the returned item.
