RevUp operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model. Orders may be shipped directly from suppliers located in China or other international fulfillment centers.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Estimated Delivery Times

United Arab Emirates: 7–14 business days
International orders: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Customs procedures
  • Carrier operations
  • Local holidays
  • External factors outside our control

Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear for international shipments.


Delayed Deliveries

RevUp is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Courier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Force majeure events

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

RevUp is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
